[ TERMS & CONDITIONS ]
OPERATIONAL & COMMERCIAL TERMS
CLAUSE 01
Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services
These Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Agreement') govern the access to and use of the website https://www.forcelifts.in ('Website') and the procurement of elevator engineering, manufacturing, installation, modernization, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) provided by Force Lifts ('Force Lifts', 'we', 'our', or 'us'), headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By accessing our Website, submitting a quote inquiry, executing an engineering contract, or utilizing any Force Lifts products or technical services, you ('Customer', 'Client', 'User') agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms. If you represent an organization or enterprise, you warrant that you have full legal authorization to bind your entity to these provisions.
Important NoticeAll commercial quotes, site surveys, and maintenance schedules remain subject to physical site feasibility verifications conducted by Force Lifts certified engineers.
CLAUSE 02
Product Specifications & Custom Lift Engineering
Force Lifts specializes in the custom manufacturing and precision installation of Passenger Elevators, Luxury Home Lifts, Hospital Stretcher Lifts, Panoramic Capsule Elevators, Hydraulic Lifts, and Industrial Goods Elevators.
Technical drawings, aesthetic finishes (hairline stainless steel, mirror gold, titanium champagne, glass panels), drive capacities, cabin speeds (0.65 m/s to 2.5 m/s), and car dimensions are engineered per approved General Arrangement Drawings (GAD).
Any modification to shaft dimensions, travel height, landing openings, or cabin aesthetic customizations requested after formal sign-off of the GAD may lead to revised engineering estimates and schedule modifications.
Approved GAD blueprints serve as the authoritative standard for cabin manufacture and rail alignment.
Structural modifications require mutual written consent before factory fabrication commences.
All finishes undergo multi-stage anti-corrosion and tensile testing prior to dispatch.
CLAUSE 03
Site Preparation, Civil Readiness & Power Prerequisites
Safe and accurate elevator erection requires strict adherence to civil engineering specifications provided in Force Lifts' pre-installation layout sheets.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the elevator shaft, pit depth, overhead clearance, machine room (or MRL structure), and adequate ventilation meet standard technical benchmarks prior to delivery of materials.
Requirement
Standard Specification
Client Responsibility
Pit Depth
1200 mm to 1600 mm (Waterproofed)
Proper waterproofing and sump-pit drainage
Overhead Clearance
4200 mm to 4800 mm minimum
Clear vertical headroom above top landing
Power Supply
415V 3-Phase AC, 50Hz with Neutral
Dedicated MCB/MCCB and copper earthing pits
Shaft Plumbness
Vertical tolerance within ±15 mm
Plumb masonry/concrete shaft without obstructions
CLAUSE 04
Installation, Commissioning & Handover Protocols
Installation is executed strictly by certified Force Lifts erection engineers following European EN 81 safety protocols and Indian Lift Acts.
Upon completion of mechanical erection, electrical wiring, and multi-point safety testing, Force Lifts conducts rigorous dynamic load tests and Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) simulations.
Formal handover is accompanied by a Joint Commissioning Certificate, passenger operating manuals, emergency rescue key sets, and license application documentation for local elevator inspectorate approvals.
CLAUSE 05
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) & 24/7 Breakdown Support
Elevators require continuous, professional maintenance to ensure passenger safety, code compliance, and optimal ride quality. Force Lifts offers Ordinary and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Routine maintenance includes monthly multi-point inspections, lubrications, rope tension checks, brake pad calibration, landing door interlock tests, and controller firmware checks.
Force Lifts operates a dedicated 24/7 emergency passenger rescue dispatch helpline (1800-547-4404) across our primary service territories.
Emergency Response PriorityTrapped passenger emergencies receive highest dispatch priority with typical rapid mobilization within 30 to 45 minutes across municipal territory.
CLAUSE 06
Warranty Terms & Genuine Spares Guarantee
All new Force Lifts installations include a comprehensive 12-month standard warranty from the date of physical commissioning against manufacturing defects in gearless machines, controllers, guide rails, and door drives.
Warranties remain valid provided the elevator has been operated strictly within designated capacity limits and maintained exclusively by authorized Force Lifts technicians.
Unauthorized repairs, tampering with safety bypass switches, third-party component installations, water ingress, or voltage surges outside ±10% tolerances shall void warranty coverage.
Safety is our non-negotiable priority. Every Force Lifts system features progressive safety gear, overspeed governors, infrared multi-beam door curtains, and automatic rescue mechanisms.
Building owners and facilities managers must ensure that elevator operation does not exceed rated payload capacity and that passenger safety signage remains legible.
Children must be accompanied by adults, and smoking, carriage of hazardous combustibles, or intentional door wedging is strictly prohibited.
Quotations provided by Force Lifts remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance. Milestone payment structures (Advance, Material Dispatch, and Commissioning) are delineated in individual commercial contracts.
Taxes including GST (18%) and applicable municipal levies are charged in accordance with prevailing statutory guidelines.
Because elevator fabrication involves customized structural engineering and precision metalworking, cancellation following drawing approval and raw material allocation is subject to forfeiture of production mobilization advances.
CLAUSE 09
Intellectual Property & Proprietary Schematics
All trademarks, logos, controller algorithms, technical drawings, CAD layouts, brochures, and software interfaces appearing on this website or in technical deliverables are the exclusive intellectual property of Force Lifts.
No client or third party may reverse-engineer, duplicate, distribute, or publicly display Force Lifts technical assets without prior express written permission.
CLAUSE 10
Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
Force Lifts shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential delays arising from site unreadiness, electrical grid fluctuations, civil construction faults, or Force Majeure events (such as extreme weather, natural catastrophes, strikes, or government lockdowns).
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under or in connection with these Terms or any Force Lifts engineering agreements shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
